Responsibilities/Duties
- Audit and approve incoming payroll data
- Calculate time corrections
- Troubleshoot errors preventing completed payroll results
- Manage wage garnishments
- Monitor and distribute Payroll emails and service tickets
- Correspond with employees and managers on payroll questions and concerns
- Train incoming Payroll employees
- Transmit Payroll files
- Manage stop payments and reversals and correct direct deposit errors
- Processing off-cycle payments
- Create and manage daily and weekly payroll reports
- Other duties as required by the needs of the payroll staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3- 5 years of previous payroll processing experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Detail- oriented
Level II
- 5+ Years experience, Bachelor’s preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday and ADP
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
