Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role as an RV Electrical Systems Technician at The Kingstar Company in Houghton, MI. In this role, you will be assisting in the production of new truck camper and RV builds.
Responsibilities
- AC/DC wiring
- Assembly of wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies
- Installation/hookup of electronic components and appliances
- Installation and programming of 12V lithium and AGM battery systems, inverters, and related components
- Installation of solar charging systems
- Installation and setup of mobile internet systems
- Electrical system testing
Qualifications
- Previous experience in AC and DC electrical systems
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams and schematics
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
