We’re seeking a high-energy Advertising Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to sell multimedia ad packages for a leading naturopathic journal. This role is perfect for someone who loves the thrill of closing deals, building client relationships, and crafting innovative ad solutions that deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

Sell, Sell, Sell! Take the lead in prospecting, pitching, and closing new advertising accounts across various media platforms.

Cold Call and Connect. Fearlessly pick up the phone and initiate conversations that lead to lasting partnerships.

Grow Legacy Accounts. Creatively nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Drive Revenue. Exceed sales targets by developing custom ad solutions that align with client goals.

Collaborate. Work with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that showcase the value of our brand.

Leverage Digital Expertise. Sell advertising solutions that include digital marketing components such as social media campaigns, web ads, and email marketing.

Collaborate on Creative Solutions. Work with teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, with experience in web design or graphics as a plus.

  • Results-Driven Sales: Directly engage in closing deals that not only meet but exceed our sales targets, ensuring our message reaches as wide an audience as possible.



Qualifications
  • proven closer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in ad sales, particularly in digital media.
  • Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with online advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Skills in web design or graphics are a plus, helping you provide added value to clients.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to take ownership of your success.
