Job Summary

We are looking for a values-aligned, tenacious Advertising Manager who can leverage both their love for health and wellness and multi-channel advertising expertise to drive our brand’s growth through innovative and effective strategies. We’re a small, fast-growing startup. Responsibilities
  • Manage 3rd party ad agencies: define their budget, set their prospecting targets, train on content, and monitor performance. 
  • Drive performance for TWC house advertising accounts against budget, leveraging omni-channel strategies for success (e.g. sponsored content, newsletters, social media, live reads, etc) 
  • Define and maintain campaign calendars and track ROAS 
  • Manage a monthly advertising budget 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure high-quality written, graphic, and video content is delivered against defined schedules of our ad partners. 
  • Work directly with our Sr. Director of Brand Partners to shape messaging to specific content creators, advertisers, and audiences. 
  • Ensure landing page content is high-quality and converts traffic.  
  • Be able and willing to develop and customize content as-needed for ad partners. 
  • Be a team player who is willing to step into other areas of our small business as needed. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business. MBA preferred.  
  • 5+ years work experience in digital marketing and advertising, ideally within the health or beauty industry. 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, content, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. 
  • Budget management experience required. 
  • Experienced in creating compelling sales content e.g. Live read scripts. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and customer funnels. 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. 
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords, Omnisend, Recart, Shopify, etc.). 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and PPC campaigns
