Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-10 years of experience as an Attorney, preferably with a focus on Civil Litigation. You'll be responsible for representing clients in a variety of civil matters, utilizing your strong courtroom experience and legal document drafting skills. An ABA accredited education is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including preparing and presenting cases in court
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

About Us
Our small, growing, and amicable firm seeks an associate, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience, to join our multifaceted practice as a salaried staff attorney. We are primarily a litigation firm with an emphasis on real estate, business/partnership matters, and fraud/DTPA matters. This attorney will work closely with senior counsels to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery relating to the firm’s litigation matters and may be occasionally tasked with transactional matters as assigned. The attorney will also be called upon to maintain client contact and occasionally attend hearings, depositions and trials.
