Senior Test and Evaluation EngineerPromethean Strategies

We're looking for someone with experience as a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to support the United States Space Force Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Test and Evaluation Squadrons (TES) at Schriever SFB in Colorado Springs, CO.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test engineering, spacecraft systems, and data analysis, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests & experiments
• Design and execute advanced test programs to conduct assessment of space systems
• Perform analysis on pre-test predictions and data to meet test objectives and ensure they meet customer specifications
• Generate test reports and presentations of complex data sets

• Mastery of acquisition lifecycle and multiple phases of test and evaluation process
• Experience working with spacecraft systems
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration skills
