Job Summary

Evolve Systems is adding a Project Manager! This person will work with our Director of Operations, Account Managers, Sr. Marketing Manager, internal team members, and clients to collaborate on projects. Project Managers lead and coordinate the internal teams to ensure a smooth and valuable process for client programs. You will be asked to articulate solutions (both written and verbal) to clients on project challenges.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a great client experience as they move through their program ensuring internal team members have a clear path of expectations.

You will be a client's day-to-day contact while in their programs as the internal lead for the team. You are responsible for understanding the program scopes, managing expectations throughout the client lifecycle, and holding teams accountable to milestones and deliverables to ensure successful deliverables are met and budgets are followed within the SOW.

Responsibilities

Great at drafting meeting agendas & taking meeting notes on calls
Assigning & scheduling project tasks, production schedules & timelines
Schedule & lead Project meetings
Lead & direct team members through retainers & projects
Maintain and enforce high standards of communication including project status, budget tracking, timelines, scopes, and change orders
Report progress and/or issues on Projects to the Director of Operations and/or Account Manager(s)
Manage project scope & budgets across all SOWs
QA all program deliverables for quality and precision
Contribute to client proposals & quotes when applicable
Crosscheck program reports
AAR preparation & meetings
Assess and evaluate program success
Guide processes while identifying & documenting (SOPs) changes
Manage and collect information for SOWs
Lead client communication/meetings & guide client relationships throughout the program lifecycle
Be the link between the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth process
Complete quarterly rocks as assigned
Manage projects, both large and small independently from initiation through completion

Qualifications

Must have previous working experience in an Agency setting
WordPress and Design familiarity is a must
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related Agency experience
Proven experience in digital project management
Strong understanding of project management principles and strategies
