Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer records accurately in the database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Adhere to phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions
