Zion Mountain Ranch, a boutique hotel near Zion National Park, is looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience as in the hotel cleaning industry. This role involves assisting in overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, and managing time effectively to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and guiding the team.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the housekeeping team and their daily tasks
  • Ensuring all cabins are cleaned to a high standard
  • Managing time effectively to meet cleaning schedules
  • Performing inspections of clean rooms
  • Assisting in the laundry facility as needed
  • Cleaning cabins as emergency need arises
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate the team
