We're looking for a Personal Assistant with 1-5 years of experience, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a knack for organization. You'll be the right-hand person to our busy in-person and virtual clinic (www.instagram.com/drjameshuang), ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the executive's business trips
  • Screen and prioritize the executive's emails and correspondence
Qualifications
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Must have a photo on your profile.
