Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the executive's business trips
- Screen and prioritize the executive's emails and correspondence
Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
