Job Summary

As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our team in person in our Roswell, Georgia office.


As part of our dynamic team, the Executive Assistant supports the Chief Legal Officer and assumes a central position encompassing administrative, office management, and technology-driven responsibilities. We're on the lookout for an individual who can adeptly manage the Chief Legal Officer’s work email, calendar, conduct research with precision, and is proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Teams) with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Administrative Support

  • General administrative duties (e.g., answering phones, contact management, word processing, filing, data entry, composing routine correspondence, greeting and helping visitors, making copies, processes daily correspondence, distributes mail, making appointments, travel coordination)
  • Manages email for supervisor.
  • Data entry.
  • Expense tracking for supervisor.
  • Order bereavement flowers, birthday, and work anniversary cards.
  • Facilitate thank you notes & gifts.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach to support company growth.
  • Orders name badges, access cards, business cards, and Old Glory Bank branded merchandise.
  • Collects receipts from all travel and expenses and reconciles with corporate credit card accounts.
  • Processes cash receipts and travel advances as necessary.

Office Management

  • POC for landlord and alarm company
  • Keep the office stocked with drinks and snacks for visitors.
  • Screening calls, ensuring telephones are answered in a timely and courteous manner, and messages are taken accurately.
  • Extending and accepting invitations, preparing meeting agendas, and arranging meeting rooms, equipment and refreshments as required.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Collects mail from off-site mailboxes and locations.


Event Planning

  • Plan, coordinate and cohost events.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Management and security of confidential information.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Keyboarding 60 wpm (will be tested if selected for in-person interview).
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required (will be tested if selected for in-person interview).
  • Time management skills: and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Monday.com, Adobe and others).


  • College Degree required with a preference for a degree in business administration.
  • At least three years of administrative or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job, required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
