Position: We are seeking a Property and Casualty Account Manager to serve high-net-worth clients for our office located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.


Responsibilities and Expectations - This is a full-time, in-office position; office hours are M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a commensurate level of experience with:

  • Working in a professional services environment.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Task and project management.
  • Organizing information in internal and external filing systems such as Dropbox, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Strong computer/tech skills and high proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products, EZLynx, G-Suite Products, WealthBox or similar CRM software.

You will be accountable for supporting sales advisors with duties such as:

  • Answering client service questions related to administration, billing, and claim issues.
  • Collaborate with producer(s) and other members of team to monitor and manage renewal processes for assigned clients.
  • Coordinates weekly meetings with Advisors to complete client implementation processes.
  • Become proficient in Agency Management System and SharePoint to update policies, log activities and assist clients and/or internal team members.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.


You will also support client renewals and retention by activities such as:

  • Coordinate meetings with clients and/or producers to present new and renewal policies as well as supporting documents to gain acceptance of the renewal or commitment to go to market for alternative options.
  • Complete all daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.
  • Remarket policies at renewal time as needed.
  • Conducts quarterly analysis of client coverages with advisors and recommends coverage needs, as appropriate.
  • Writing personalized thank you cards to clients after binding policies.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • One year of Property and Casualty experience or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4-40 state-issued license (2-20 preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years of industry specific experience
  • Team player
  • EZ Lynx Agency Management system experience
