Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and maximizing their impact. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our marketing strategies across various online channels, with a focus on ad operations and political campaigns. This position is focused on performance marketing initiatives, experience or interest in this channel is required.

Responsibilities


  • Execute ad campaigns for clients including setting up and deploying campaigns.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, with a specific focus on ad operations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and preferences using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO, with a keen understanding of ad operations best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives, particularly in the context of political campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on ad operations and political marketing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong background in ad operations.
  • Experience working on political campaigns or in a politically oriented environment is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is a plus.
