**Job Overview:**
Heritage Lock is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills. If you are customer-focused and enjoy assisting others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; answer phones and manage email inboxes to schedule initial jobs
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with jobs and tracking; work with Dispatch to schedule same-day jobs
- Professionally resolve customer complaints or issues; fields customer feedback and elevates to management when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys; responsible for following up with customers on open estimates, collecting half down payments and full deposits
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide feedback to the team
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
-Proficiency in English (additional languages like Spanish is a plus)
-Proficient with computers
-Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
-Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
-Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
-Locksmith experience is a plus but not necessary
-Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
-High school diploma or equivalent
