Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Systems Support Engineer / IT Administrator to join our team. You will be a friendly technical support presence for Maddox employees, facilitating new technology deployments and administering local network, surveillance, and access control deployments. Your proactive approach to maintenance and speedy responses to support requests will give Maddox a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Proactively ensuring that all Maddox team members have the technological tools they need to be successful and monitoring systems for errors and addressing them early
- Responding to internal user support requests and providing first-class customer service and resolutions in a timely manner
- Managing vendor relationships and integrating single-focus, best-in-class SaaS products
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain clear communication in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat and enjoy interacting with people and solving technical problems
- Ability to prioritize various types of work and give complex issues the focus and attention they need for quick resolution
- Willingness to travel to different Maddox facilities around the United States to deploy and support on-site networks and hardware
