We're looking for a California lawyer with 4-10 years of experience, from an ABA-accredited school, to represent our clients in cases involving real estate and business law.

• Interact with clients and ensure their interests are effectively advocated for
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments
• Prepare and file motions, petitions, and other legal documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough depositions of witnesses and parties involved in legal disputes, and present compelling arguments in court.

• Excellent analytical abilities and first-rate understanding of the legal system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of his/her work
• High level of integrity and passion for serving clients
