Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 2-10 years of experience as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team in maintaining beautiful landscapes, while also ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll need to be a quick learner, a strong team player, and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Loading crew with necessary tools and supplies for the day
Following route and completing jobs, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, pruning, and mulching
Communicating with customers and working collaboratively with your team

Qualifications

Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Ability to lift 70 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to be part of something larger than themselves
