Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll need to be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing subcontractors on site
- Drafting and managing CPM schedules
- Reviewing material procurement and submittals

- Proven problem-solving abilities in a construction setting
