Commercial Construction Project ManagerFaber Construction
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for all aspects of a construction project, representing our firm to owners, architects, and consultants. Applicants should have a complete knowledge of construction, and be able to manage project budgets to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
We are also looking for Project Managers for our Everett office.
- Oversee all aspects of a construction project, including creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Represent the company to owners, architects, and other partners, maintaining good relationships and advocating for the company when needed
- Manage and oversee the submittal process, solicit pricing and select subcontractors, and review and approve all invoices related to the project
- Strong leadership skills and ability to provide direction to a project construction team
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication abilities
