Job Summary

We seek a fully remote Sales Development Representative to deliver highly qualified sales leads/referrals. This role focuses solely on generating leads rather than on negotiating contracts or closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and qualify potential customers. We do not provide leads. We recommend you focus on your current network of clients before reaching out to other prospects.
  • Provide the sales team with approximately 2-5 solid introductions monthly.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our offensive security testing services and effectively explain them to potential customers.
  • Proactively manage your leads and sales activity.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience selling IT services or technical products. Stronger candidates to have 2+ years of recent experience.
  • Possess at least 30 B2B clients in your current network.
  • Must currently be generating annual revenue from a network of clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Free from any non-compete agreements.
  • Must be available for client phone calls Monday - Friday during the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM local time for your target market (as needed).
  • Demonstrated commitment to hard work and support of PEN Consultants' mission and values.

What We Offer
  • Sales Development Representatives operate under a 1099 relationship, ensuring maximum flexibility.
  • No base or training salary provided.
  • Competitive 10% commission for leads.
  • $2,500 bonus each quarter for generating over $100,000 in new sales.
  • Benefit from residual commissions on all invoices within the first year from each newly sourced customer.
  • Commissions are calculated and paid based on contracted and invoiced engagements resulting from initial leads.
