Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an IT Technical Support Specialist. This role involves providing system support, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

o Highest quality of Customer service always

o Client support specialist with intimate knowledge of Client IT environments

o Deploy, configure, trouble shoot issues with workstations (Windows & Mac), applications, networks, and virtual environments on level 2-3 support.

o Provide remote support as well as onsite support for resolution of issues as needed.

o Interact with customers in an effective and professional manner.

o Detail Documentation for client system and application.

o Document daily work through ticketing system and create knowledge base articles as needed.

o Create standard operating procedure documents (New Hire and Termination forms)

o Build standard procedure for workstation/Laptop configuration with step by Step Details.

o Troubleshoot and resolve Level II and III technical issues remotely and/or on-site

o Escalate all level 3 and 4 issue to Field Service Engineers along with Detail steps taken up to this point and verified.

o Notify Vcio and or FSE of any client request new/upgrades of any hardware, Application, or Security.

o Help with project task as needed.

o On call duties as assigned.

o Identify repeat issues and communicate to FSE to look for ways to reduce.

o O365 administration and review of client groups/Distribution list

o Client Auditing of all services and Security Configuration.

o Client Equipment inventory and management.

o All other tasks assigned as needed.

Experience Necessary:

- 3-5 years of experience in the IT remote support

- 3+ years working with multiple environments in network support and management

- Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019/2022

- Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS)

- Virtualization (VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-v)

- Active Directory/Group Policy /Azure Director services/Intune

- Email support

- Solid knowledge of network.

- Experience in firewall and VPN setups

- Professional written and verbal communications skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills
