Job Summary

We're looking for someone with a strong passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator (Office Administrator). The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously, as well as a willingness to learn and grow with our team.


This role is commonly known as "Chiropractic Assistant" or "Patient Care Coordinator" or "Office Administrator" or "Front Desk Staff"

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every patient; in-person, over the phone, or messages
  • Greeting and assisting patients in-person and over the phone
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the team
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in promoting a healthy lifestyle through various initiatives and programs
  • Coordinating schedules and appointments according to the Doctor's care plan recommendations
  • Ensuring efficient patient appointment
  • Collecting patient payments
  • Completing various computer tasks and clerical duties

General Information
  • 18-24 hours per week (Monday - Thursday)
  • Arrival is a minimum of 15-minutes prior to each shift to allow enough preparation time
  • We have weekly team meetings and trainings
  • The first 90-days of employment is considered a 'probationary' or 'training' period and is typically (this may change per applicant needs) paid at $17/hour. If everything is complete after the training period, your level of execution shows understanding and competency, and we both feel like a good fit for each other, you officially join the team 🥳 and that is typically paid at $18/hour. After your first 12 months with us, we then pay $19/hour
