Job Summary

The Director of Marketing leads the content and marketing department and team to ensure results are paramount, collaboration and creative development is fostered and fun, communication is open, and process and methodologies are developed and maintained. You will guide and perpetuate the mission of WRR in all marketing, content, campaigns, projects and leadership, building a team that is laser-focused on excellence and masterful precision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, donor acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional marketing team, providing guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve departmental goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and donor preferences, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels and cycles
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to enhance online presence.
  • Design systems and content that moves stakeholders through their respective journeys
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Resistance Team (Donor support, development and activism), product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall missional objectives.
  • Stay up on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Adaptability, able move adeptly from “air traffic controller” to “down in the weeds” and back very quickly
  • Extremely disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.  You’ve learned how to improvise, adapt, and overcome to get things done.
  • Organized & efficient, able to prioritize and complete projects and tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, tools, requirements; comfortable on your toes 
  • Able to act with conviction and speak up for what you believe with gentleness and respect; humble enough to disagree and commit. 
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a marketing role, and (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Budget management skills, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

About Us

The son of a pregnancy resource center director, Seth Gruber was helping save unborn children from abortion while still in his mother’s womb. He has been a voice and defender for preborn babies ever since. He has given over 300 speeches to over half a million people, host of the Seth Gruber Show podcast (FKA, UnAborted with Seth Gruber) episodes and has helped launch pro-life ministries across Southern California.


Seth founded the White Rose Resistance in 2022 to educate the public, discredit the opposition, and inspire a movement within the American church to accomplish her spiritual duty of ending the greatest injustice of our time - abortion. At thirty-two, Seth is just getting started.
