Qualifications required
  • Integrity and be able to challenge a person to make the best decisions for themselves
  • Communication skills - Must be able to clearly present products/services, answer questions, and have difficult conversations like dealing with objections.
  • Strong listening skills - needs to actively listen to understand, discover and engage with the clients' why
  • Persuasion/influence - Able to persuade potential customers of the value and benefits of the product/service and close the sale.
  • Team player
  • Problem-solving skills - To help clients navigate issues and make the right enrollment decisions. An enrollment coach must be able to analytically solve problems within the provided framework
  • Organization and time management of leads and calendars
  • Relationship building - Develops rapport and trust with clients to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor.
  • Needs assessment - Asks the right questions to understand customer pain points and identify where solutions can provide value.
  • Presentation skills - Confidently demonstrates products/features to clients in a convincing manner virtually.
  • Time management - Juggles meetings, appointmentsl and paperwork while achieving sales targets and deadlines.
  • Adaptability - Adjusts approach based on customer type, industry and objections to optimize opportunity.
  • Motivation/goal-setting - Self-starter who stays driven to reach and surpass sales quotas through strategic planning.
  • Organization - Manages tasks, calendars, documents, pipeline, and clients information systematically.
  • Resilience - Able to handle possible rejections and work long hours without losing confidence or momentum.
