Job Summary

Campaign Nucleus is a leading provider of innovative software solutions tailored for political campaigns and organizations. Our software development division is dedicated to creating cutting-edge technology to empower our clients and drive their success. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead the growth of our software solutions.

This position requires in office availability in South Florida or Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the software development division.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and effectively articulating the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or business development roles, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
