If so, Cenikor Foundation may be right for you! We are currently looking for a Clinical Manager for our Four Winds Recovery Center located in Farmington, NM and we are now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus! Move allowance is available for qualifying candidates.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical operations and maintaining facility compliance requirements. The clinical manager ensures substance abuse treatment and services are provided to each client via appropriate training and management of clinical staff. Clinical Manager also provides leadership and feedback to the clinical team on a consistent basis. The clinical manager must also be qualified in New Mexico to act as a Clinical Supervisor.

Education:

• Master’s degree required 

Experience:

• Three (3) years experience in counseling and program administration relating to addiction.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Licensure Required:

• LPCC, LCSW or LMFT required
