Customer Service
We are looking for someone who is Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work well with all employee levels from Upper Management to Warehouse staff. Have excellent written & oral communication skills. Person should have the ability to thrive in a bustling atmosphere & be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Needs to possess good math skills, excellent follow through and good organizational skills. Person should be able to troubleshoot and think on their feet to solve problems creatively in a manner that is ideal for the Companies overall success.

The general daily duties consist of but are not limited to: Communicate with customers via phone, email & facsimile. Answering & directing incoming calls. Sending & tracking of FedEx &UPS shipments & samples. Maintain customer price files, monitor customers orders. Prepare & handle customers shipping documents & shipping arrangements. Work with internal departments to meet customer needs. Data entry in various platforms such as IBM Power 9, Edict Systems & SPS Commerce. EDI Communications. Production & Inventory Spreadsheet maintenance. Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Must have the ability to thrive in a stressful & busy work environment. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize.
