OPERATIONS MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year

If Operations Manager at Fertility Bridge is the job for you, you will be the person that systematizes our offerings, and is responsible for overseeing its execution.
You will receive a real world, real time, hands-on education in how to run a business.

Should you choose to accept it, is to run the day to day delivery operations of Fertility Bridge. You reduce waste, streamline offerings, create new systems, coach your team, and hold them accountable to the results before them.

We have a lot that we do for clients, because we are only in the fertility vertical. It’s your job to streamline what we offer.
You reduce waste
As we deepen our expertise, our offerings and systems for delivery tend to get bloated. You pare them down.
You are responsible for profitability of delivery
You forecast the workload of the team
You account for the utilization rate of the team
You help the firm be compliant
We’re a small firm, and we have a lot to learn, but we want to do things right.
You recruit and retain A talent
You have marketing agency management experience
You coach people and you hold them accountable
On one end of the spectrum is the manager who throws their reports under the bus. On the other end, is the manager who shelters their team from accountability. You win the balance with grace. You coach, reward, acknowledge, and appreciate your team. You also hold them accountable to the highest standards of their required results and our company values.
You support the mission of the company and the visionary
You are going to work hand in hand with our founder, Griffin Jones. You will be able to push back, challenge, and propose your own solutions. Often, you will win. Sometimes, you will not. When you don’t win, you still show 100% support for the decision of the principal of the firm, especially with the team.
You’re going to have a lot of decision-making authority at Fertility Bridge. Because you have so much autonomy, we really want to get to know you, and we really want you to get to know us.
