This position requires keen observation, hands-on skills, tool skills, and an artistic mindset. Good physical strength is required — must not be opposed to working with smelly petroleum chemicals. Hands-on learning / I’ll teach you everything you need to know.
20 hours per week. Consistent start at 8:00am. Days off are flexible.
Looking for someone reliable and consistent, communicative, and grounded.
Regarding pay: It takes a lot of time and effort to train. Compensation goes in direct proportion to what kind of results are achieved. I'm interested in longevity, and willing to pay (reasonably) for the ability to eventually detach myself from this and do other projects.
Work in a quiet shop behind our home (detached garage). Work closely one on one with me while you’re learning // Once you’re up to speed, you’ll usually be working alone.
