You will need to be professional, independent, and patient-focused to shepherd our patients throughout their programs of care, finally breaking free from their chronic pain and debilitating conditions.


  • Be the reception area host, greeting patients and coordinating the order and flow of appointments each day
  • Be the new patient concierge, coordinating their consultations and exams, and orienting them to the clinic upon their arrival to begin their care
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and collect payments
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to doctors
  • Answer general inquiries about our clinic and the types of people we can help
  • Record and monitor key performance indicators of the front office and the clinic's restorative care programs
  • Assist with the many shared tasks in a team work environment
  • Be flexible and adapt to meet the changing needs and goals of a growing office

$15/hour (or more) plus bonus opportunities. Initially starting at Part Time, but potential to grow to Full Time for the right person.
