Independent Wealth Management and Financial Planning Firm is seeking a people person who can lend their front desk/reception experience and administrative skills to a top Financial Advisor and their team.

About You:

About the Position:
You will be part of a two-person team in a hybrid front desk/administrative position. You will be responsible for front desk duties for half the day, and administrative tasks during the other half.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of front desk/reception
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail (this is a MUST!)
- Strong project management skills and follow through
- Have a warm and engaging communication style
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience managing a busy, ever-changing calendar
- Ability to prioritize workload, identifying urgent vs. important tasks
- Strong work ethic and desire to stay busy

Example of Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Answer phones in a warm, friendly manner
- Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Pull client files for meetings or servicing
- Greet guests and clients in a professional manner
- Keep client areas clean and well stocked
- Track inventory of office supplies
- General upkeep of office
- Run errands as necessary
- Assist advisor or back office team with follow ups or updates to client
- Assist marketing coordinator with any outgoing mail or projects
- Update office calendar with advisor’s travel information
- Special projects as assigned

Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch); 2-4 evenings a month and occasional weekend events.
