Survey Analyst

A well-established and highly respected Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company specializing in land planning, civil engineering and land surveying has  job opportunity as a Survey Analyst.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the operation of recent versions of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Operation of Survey and GPS Equipment, a plus
• Relative experience in Land Surveying, a plus
• Highly productive with an attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Energetic and committed to completing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates construction staking, aerials, topos, as-builts, plan changes, and design issues with superintendents, engineers, mappers and field crews.
• Prepare calculations for field crews, as needed
• QC plans from engineer to ensure proper design
• Document QC findings and provide feedback to engineer within 24 hours
• Process field data
• QC field work
• draft field shots, if needed
• Field visits and communication with Project Superintendent
• Draft Topos and/or As-Builts
• Liaison between survey and engineering
• Review Survey Request to determine Extra Work
