My name is Eric Ondrick, head of the Ondrick Group. I am working to grow my existing team of hardworking individuals. At the Ondrick Group, we connect families to life insurance plans that meet their specific needs. We work with a growing network of insurance companies that entrust us with their clients. This looks like qualified leads and a great network of people to learn from. Each of our agents are independent brokers, licensed in their state. This means that all of our contractors work on their own schedule, and the only cap on their income is their grit and motivation to work.
Our Ideal Candidate
At the Ondrick Group, every new hire is trained through our proprietary certification program. We accept every level of experience, from former cashier to veteran sales agent. However, do not apply for this job if you’re not willing to put the initial effort in. We are happy to say that after a couple of years working at the Ondrick Group, our agents oftentimes are able to make significant passive income. The reality is that this comes as the fruit of hard work, determination, and learning from failure. The beginning can be a grind, but once you’ve pushed through? It is worth the investment one hundred times over. Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads- no cold calling
- Form relationships with new clients
- Become a product subject matter expert
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Handle customer inquiries as they arise
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Part-time contracted agents are able to make 40-50K, with loyal, more senior positions making upwards of 300K annually. This said, no agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected, not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
