H.A. Dorsten, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the Dorsten team. We are an established company with growth opportunities and HR is a small department with big responsibilities. This position takes on several roles including recruiting, hring & selection for open positions within the company, maintaining open job listings, onboarding, employee relations, benefits management and processing accurate payroll and submitting accurate reports. This position is responsible for participation in job fairs & maintaining social media sites. Problem solving and technical skills a must.
