We are looking for upbeat, motivated Inside Sales Agents to join our team. 

Company Overview:
Strategic Calls specializes in professional outbound calling services. We make the calls for businesses who need to reach their customers and prospects by phone, but do not have the expertise or time to do it themselves effectively.


  • Contact businesses within specific target markets to create an accurate database of decision makers and their contact info.
  • Nurture and move leads through a "lead generation funnel" for multiple client/industries by maintaining regular contact to ensure the client solution remains top of mind until it is sales ready
  • Outbound calling following up on digital email campaigns
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service at all times
  • Keeping CRM data up-to-date and accurate by Maintaining Sales Pipeline and Tracking Leads and Opportunities
  • Assist with other sales related tasks

Skills needed to be successful in this role: 

  • Ability to build rapport and credibility
  • A strong team player who can work independently and is also able to contribute towards the team’s common goals
  • Proven working experience within sales
  • Solid problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Experience using a CRM

In-Office and Remote positions available

Location & Hours

  • Remote or in office positions available ( We are located in Rochester, NY)
  • Monday through Friday
  • 20-40 hours a week ( Preference will be discussed at the time of interview)
