Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidates are professional, outgoing people who often have an entrepreneurial mindset. Though most of the day-to-day for an Area Director revolves around sales related activity, it is far from a traditional sales role. While many of our team members do have prior sales experience, our unique low-pressure sales approach combined with the other responsibilities of the role have our Area Directors operating more dynamically as owners. As a result, we find ourselves interviewing former C-Level executives, business owners and other entrepreneurial minded individuals. Though some sales and business experience is considered a plus, we do have an extensive training and support system to help all of our team members to be as successful as possible.

The day-to-day:
- Meet with local business owners to conduct a low-pressure consultative meeting to determine if a partnership with our communities is a mutual fit.
- Develop meaningful relationships within the community
- Work with other Area Directors in the market to conduct a few informal events throughout the year to help further the connection between local businesses and their ideal customers receiving our publications

- Uncapped Commissions – Though not every team member is looking for the earning potential, most of our Area Directors take advantage of the commission structure that allows them to grow their income year after year.
