Main responsibilities will include

 Responsible for ordering parts for customer projects/services and keeping track of inventory,

  • Following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of POs
  • Resolve any issues arising from POs
  • Involved in communication and interaction with various internal departments
  • Obtain vendor quotes
  • Create parts and vendors

  • Detailed oriented and ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to self-manage take initiative and be resourceful
  • Familiar with computer products and programs
