Description
  • Answering in-bound phone calls and distributing them to appropriate personnel (50 to 100 Calls/ day).
  • Marketing & Sales Admin requiring processing of e-mails and faxes for multiple marketing and sales activities. The process will include data entry, multiple communications on multiple platforms and filing both paper & electronic.
  • Account Set-up and Management-ensuring we receive, record and file required account materials (account info, licenses, credit card, Tax ID, validations)
  • Order processing (review-scan for completeness, errors, enter orders, trouble shoot, issue resolution, filing-archiving, forward for fulfillment. (web, faxed, CSS orders)
  • Support Marketing & Sales representatives with respect to their duties and efforts
  • Overlapping-Back-up to Customer Sales & Service representatives
  • General Administrative and office management duties, maintain area neatness
