- Follow current events through trusted media sources and create timely, impactful accurate, and visually attractive social content following sound design principles and brand standards with the goal of amplifying our voice, creating a community, and positioning the Company as a thought leader.
- Work with social media amplifiers to create and target digital media messaging with broad-based impact.
- Proactively monitor the Company’s online reputation through social and online aggregator tool (e.g. Meltwater) and alert the Marketing Content Manager of items requiring timely action.
- Proactively manage the Company’s online reputation (e.g. Google Review, Trust Pilot, BBB) by responding to social media posts, focusing on lead generation as well as resolving member issues (offline). Provide resolution to issues in a tactful manner to show follow-up.
- Create active dialogues in a positive, constructive manner, particularly focused on building an engaged community within all social engagement platforms, including the Patriot Mobile app.
- Create light graphic designs for promotions, socializing partner causes, or affiliates.
- Identify and follow trending conservative voices and share content.
- Post for Patriot Mobile holidays and ensure key profile images are updated appropriately. Coordinate with operations to ensure IVR messaging and specials align. Plan holiday calendar. Work with member service to learn of any work plans.
- Provide data required to report on social media metrics across all platforms and in areas assigned by the Marketing Content Manager.
- Create a calendar of Patriotic days and holidays, plan content, and post prior to 8 am on the respective days.
- Assist with events, as needed.
