Position Summary

Responsible for providing financial and administrative services to ensure efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. This position is expected to uphold the mission, vision and values established by the organization.

 Essential Functions

 Tracking and invoicing of all company shipments

  • Process, code and review vendor invoices for accuracy, timeliness of payment and available discounts
  • Answer customer and vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account information
  • Processing of scheduled and ad-hoc check runs
  • Work closely with engineering, sales and plant employees to resolve invoicing issues
  • Daily management of company mail pickup/drop off
  • Bank deposit and mail runs, as required
  • Departmental filing and administrative duties
  • Management reporting as requested
  • Adheres to all company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

 Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3 years direct Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 years direct Accounts Receivable experience in a manufacturing environment
  • General knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write and speak in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience working within an ERP system

 Supervisory Responsibility

 This position will have no supervisory responsibility.
