Key Deliverables for Staffing Sales (What you will be graded on):

  • Appointment setting
  • Bring in new accounts
  • Develop relationships with new and current clients and prospects
  • Maintain Gross Margin quotas and working to hit targets
  • Bring numbers to weekly meetings

Job Functions for Staffing Sales (What you’ll be doing with your day):

  • Daily marketing sales calls and follow up calls
  • Networking
  • B2B sales calls/Card collection
  • Filling out new client checklists
  • Participating in the call blitz each week
  • Researching the market to find where new opportunities lie
  • Entertaining clients
  • Making yourself and the company a lot of money

Requirements for Staffing Sales (What you must bring with you):

  • Proven sales success- preferred (will train in some circumstances)
  • Reliable transportation kept in good shape and insurance and valid driver license and insurance
  • Clean Criminal Background
  • Longevity in past work history
  • LinkedIn account with over 500 contacts
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Book of business preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Able to show up to work on time, 7:45am every week day
