At Panza®, we are looking for a highly driven individual with a mentality that excels in business development and relationship building.  This role will support a world class 3X INC Magazine 5000 winner International IT Consulting Organization, an outsourcing startup, and an internal holding corporation that manages a group of companies across five countries. This role is client facing, involves achieving new business & giving presentations in meetings. Job is 100% full-time and REMOTE but must be in North America (Canada, Mexico, or U.S.).


  • Work with leadership to identify and meet project needs through the consultative sales process.
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
  • Leverage Digital Marketing and Social Media skills to attract new business and for research.
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and hire qualified candidates from various sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job fairs, industry forums, and our corporate proprietary ATS “SaaS” platform.
  • Schedule interviews and all necessary meetings between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain timely documentation of conversations with candidates on internal Proprietary ATS.
  • Present candidates to sales leaders, applying high quality standards and an in depth understanding of the candidate.
  • Conduct Reference checks, QA checks, assist with technical screens, etc.
  • Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs/professional association meetings.
  • Promote positive company culture and offers innovative team-building ideas for both employees and consultants.
  • Qualified person will expect to make over six figures within two years and is passionate about learning and growing


  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, talent acquisition and/or sales experience
  • Possess 100% sales “always on” mentality and wants to "WIN".
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks.
  • Loves to have fun, has a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and has the desire to form strategic alliances and partnerships


  • Bachelor's degree is required but no specific major or field is necessary

What we Offer:

  • Salary, Immediate Health Insurance, PTO days, commissions, quarterly, semi-annual and annual Bonus & Incentive programs & Training
  • 1st year Earnings Expectations of $75k-$125k
  • 2nd Year Earnings Expectations of $125k -$175k
  • 3rd Year + Earnings Expectations of $250k-$350k
  • Earn additional PTO days of up to 20 per year and internal stock matching of all revenue generated over quota
