Role Overview
The Office Admin/Client Care Associate will support different administration functions for the office, serving as the front facing liaison for the business, bringing efficiency in its operations. You will support a variety of customer service functions such as managing communications and service needs for clients, record maintenance and upkeep, and supporting all Financial Advisors on the team. This role also may support back-end office needs such as ordering supplies, sending communications to clients on company updates and information, and general office management as needed.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Managing calls, scheduling client meetings, maintaining advisor calendars, and coordinating client communications
Receive, support processing for, and prioritize client cash requests working with licensed representatives
Researching, resolving and responding to client inquiries, including appropriate escalation
Performing account maintenance and supporting new account and transfer processing
Working within CRM and reporting systems
Maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and interaction notes
Serving as a liaison between clients and advisors
Supporting advisors in all aspects of business and client service
Ability to prioritize tasks, managing core deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Required qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years administrative office experience
Prior experience in a financial institution environment, including Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or custodian platforms
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, perform calculations, and link data
Highly Desired:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a closely related field
Securities and/or insurance licensing preferred (Series 7, 63, 65) or willingness to obtain
Service experience with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and RIA Custodian

Job Type: Full-Time, Office only role (Non-Remote)
Work Location: 2405 Evergreen Park Drive Bldg A Olympia, WA 98502
Office/Reporting Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri, 8am-3pm
Pay Range: $25-$30/Hour depending on experience
