Role Overview
The Operations Team Lead/Licensed Client Care Coordinator will support all aspects of the Operations Team, including Financial Advisors and Operations Manager, by serving as a liaison between clients and staff, driving business goals and client services. This role holds a wide variety of administrative duties from managing customer service interactions and inquiries to account maintenance and record keeping. They will also provide oversight and guidance to the other client care associates on the operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Managing calls, scheduling client meetings, maintaining advisor calendars, and coordinating client communications
As a licensed representative of the RIA, you will be in charge to receive, process, and prioritize client cash requests
Researching, resolving and responding to client inquiries, including appropriate escalation
Performing account maintenance and supporting new account and transfer processing
Working within CRM and reporting systems
Maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and interaction notes
Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive
Prospecting and participating in sales and marketing activities
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years supervisory administrative office experience
Prior experience in a financial institution environment, including Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or custodian platforms
Securities and/or insurance licensing required (Series 65 or a combined Series 7 and 63)
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, perform calculations, and link data
Highly Desired:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a closely related field
Skills needed to be Successful:
Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to supervise and support a team under the direction of the Operations Manager
Strong ability to calculate figures and percentages, and to collect, analyze, and interpret data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Editor, other technology suites
Extremely personable, with well-developed written and telephone communication skills
Excellent conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including under pressure and in high-volume environments
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and making decisions in accordance with CIG Compliance policies and those of our broker-dealer.
The ability to register and provide fingerprints and pass background check with Compliance and Registration

Work Location: 2405 Evergreen Park Drive Bldg A Olympia, WA 98502
Office/Reporting Hours: Mon- Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri, 8am-3pm
Pay Range: $30-$40/Hour depending on experience
