The Role (Read This First)
This is a player-coach role. If you only like knocking doors, you'll fail. If you only like managing from a laptop, you'll fail faster.
You'll build, train, and lead canvassing and event teams across multiple home service brands within the Doran Holdings portfolio.
Your job is simple to explain and hard to execute:
Build a team that consistently produces appointments and revenue in the field.
What You'll Actually Do
Recruit, hire, train, and manage W-2 canvassers and event staff
Grow and lead a team to ~10 field reps within 12 months
Personally knock doors, run events, and train reps in the field
Build and refine door-to-door and event scripts
Set daily/weekly expectations and hold people accountable
Fire fast when it's not working and coach hard when it is
Manage field activity using SalesRabbit and GoHighLevel
Coordinate coverage across the Seattle market (80%) and help launch Oregon
Report directly to the Doran Holdings Marketing Manager

A trained, reliable field team that shows up and performs
Appointments booked consistently from canvassing and events
Revenue tied directly to field efforts
Clear systems, clean reporting, and reps who know exactly what "good" looks like
Who This Is For
Proven leadership in home services canvassing or event marketing
Experience hiring, firing, training, and scaling field teams
Comfortable working in the field and training by example
Organized, structured, and execution-focused
Comfortable with accountability and performance-based pay

Compensation
Base Salary: $77,968.80
Incentives: Heavy performance-based pay
Door sales commissions (smaller-ticket items)
Bonuses tied to appointments booked
Bonuses tied to revenue generated from field efforts
Total upside: $50,000–$100,000+ annually for strong performers
No cap for people who build teams that produce
Location & Travel
Based in or near Seattle, WA
Significant field presence required
Support and leadership in Oregon market expansion
