AboutThe Family Foundation Action is a 501c4 non-profit on a mission to elect family-first candidates to Virginia's statewide offices and secure a majority in the House of Delegates. We do this by mobilizing voters via door knocking, digital ads, and direct voter contact. The Family Foundation Action provides the boots on the ground needed to make Virginia a bastion of Biblical values.We’re looking for an elite class of interns, seeking to gain experience as conservative activists pursuing a career as campaign professionals. A career in campaigns provides you the ability to have a direct impact on the direction of our nation, ensuring that we elect champions committed to implementing Christian principles in all levels of government.We're working to build the next generation of campaign leaders, strategists, and persuasive communicators. If we want a nation governed by our principles, we must first win elections. Are you interested in taking on this mission?In this internship, you will learn how to maximize the impact of direct voter contact to elect issue-aligned candidates. Interns learn how to fight and win from campaign professionals, elected officials, and other experts currently running offense against the radical Left. Our intern class will gain experience in campaign strategy, voter targeting, and direct-to-voter messaging. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to participate in weekly Equip classes, applying biblical principles with policy experts. This internship is geared towards students and young people interested in pursuing a career in campaigns, grassroots organizing, or conservative issue advocacy. Interns will work full-time Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday off. Interns will spend about half of their time engaged in direct voter outreach with the remainder spent on building skills in voter targeting and campaign strategy. Interns will be expected to participate in our weekly Equip Worldview Academy - A course designed to help build a Biblical worldview and give students the tools they need to effectively engage culture.
