Job Summary
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is the largest pro-life political organization in the country with a nationwide network of more than 1 million Americans. We combine politics with policy, investing heavily in voter education to ensure that pro-life Americans know where their lawmakers stand on protecting the unborn, and in issue advocacy, advancing pro-life laws through direct lobbying and grassroots campaigns. The Human Resources Coordinator manages the employee onboarding experience and assists with training programs across the organization. This role ensures new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one while helping maintain training resources and schedules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to creating a positive employee experience. This person will also lead our internship program! This is a full-time position that reports to the Human Resources Director. Onboarding Coordination Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions, paperwork, systems access, and department-specific training schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period. Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Maintain onboarding guides, communications, and resources. Track onboarding completion and gather feedback to improve processes. Training SupportAssist in scheduling and organizing training sessions (in-person and virtual). Maintain the training calendar and ensure compliance-related training requirements are met. Support the development and distribution of training materials and resources. Monitor training attendance and maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS). Collect feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness. Collaboration amp; Process ImprovementWork closely with HR and department leads to ensure consistency in onboarding and training workflows. Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. Promote a positive learning culture that encourages continuous development. Internship Program ManagementCollaborate with department leaders to identify internship opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Partner with colleges, universities, and career centers to source qualified candidates. Coordinate application, interview, and selection processes. Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training for interns. Organize professional development workshops, networking events, and feedback sessions.
