 Job Duties:

• Prospect for clients through knocking doors, getting referrals, networking, social media, and any other avenue that you can to get more contracts
• Co-brand yourself with Davis Roofing Solutions to create what is essentially your own business.
• Inspect roofs
• Walk homeowners through filing a claim
• Sign contracts
• Enter information into our database
• Go to adjuster appointments
• Communicate with homeowners efficiently and effectively
• Collect money
• Schedule installs
• Get documents signed, turned in to our back office, and submitted to insurance carriers
• Be in direct communication with insurance adjusters
• Coordinate various contractors
• Repeat

[As we continue to grow and the duties become too hectic to manage, we will add assistants to the teams to carry out the more mundane tasks]

 Compensation:

As a consultant you will earn 50% of the gross profit on a self generated lead and 40% on a market lead. Self gen leads carry a 10% overhead charge and market leads carry a 20% overhead charge, both of which are take prior to commission split. The average commission is between $2,500-$4,500.
