The Inventory & Warehouse Administrator is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipping and receiving, and proper handling of parts and equipment. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and follow-through.
Warehouse Operations
Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness, organization, and appearance
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment
Receive, unpack, inspect, and properly store incoming materials
Shipping, Receiving & Tracking
Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping records
Track all inbound and outbound shipments
Update internal systems with shipment and inventory activity
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory counts
Perform regular cycle counts and audits
Assist with inventory reporting for management
Identify commonly used items and help optimize stock levels
Dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory as directed
Parts & Equipment Support
Maintain parts and supplies required for repair or refurbishment work
Assist with light depot or bench work as needed
Keep tools and test equipment in good working condition
Recycle unused parts or equipment when appropriate
Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounting teams as needed
Assist with vendor ordering and inventory replenishment
Support other team members with counting, data entry, and documentation
2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics-related work
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable using computer-based inventory and data systems
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry
Able to work independently while contributing well within a team
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment
