The Onsite Foreman is responsible for leading daily field jobs involving repairs and upgrades to sheds and detached garages. This role works hands-on with the crew while helping manage job flow, quality, customer communication, and efficiency. Work is local to Lancaster County and surrounding areas. Home every night.
Lead and work alongside a small crew on daily onsite jobs
Complete shed repairs, upgrades, and exterior improvement work
Install and replace doors, windows, siding, roofing, ramps, and trim
Perform rot repair, structural repairs, and general carpentry work
Prep surfaces and complete painting / finishing work as needed
Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
Maintain quality workmanship and clean job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Load tools/materials and keep company vehicles organized
Report job progress, issues, and material needs to management
Help train less experienced crew members
Construction experience preferred
Leadership or crew lead experience helpful
Comfortable using common power tools and ladders
Able to solve problems on-site and make sound decisions
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
Valid driver’s license preferred
Able to lift heavy materials and stay active all day
Good communication skills with customers and crew
- Basic carpentry / construction knowledge•1 - 3 years
- Ability to read a tape measure and use tools safely
- Ability to follow directions and lead by example

repairs - roof replacements, siding, doors, windows, and foundation work throughout Lancaster
County and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide eco-friendly, sustainable rehabs and
upgrades to detached garages and storage buildings.
$25–$35 per hour based on experience
40–50 hours per week typical
Overtime opportunities when available
No weekend work
Home every night
7 paid holidays per year

- 1 week in years 1 & 2, 2 weeks in years 3 & 4, 3 weeks in year 5+
- After 5 years: up to $5,000 toward a "trip of a lifetime" (agreed upon dream vacation, hunting trip etc.)
